How long will you have my gear?
We specialize in an overnight turnaround. Typically, if we pick up your gear in the
evening, it will be delivered back to your porch the following morning by 9am,
completely dry and ready for use!
Is the cleaning truly safe for my baby?
Absolutely. We use only non-toxic and gentle cleaners. More importantly, we
strictly follow your specific car seat manufacturer’s guidelines. We never soak
harness straps or use harsh chemicals that could degrade your gear.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?
Nope! Just leave your gear on your front porch at the scheduled time. We’ll shoot
you a text the second it’s been picked up and again when it's safely back home.
Will you reinstall the car seat for me?
To ensure your child’s absolute safety, we do not reinstall car seats. We are
cleaning experts, not certified technicians (CPSTs). We recommend referring to
your car seat manual or visiting a local fire station for a certified safety check
after our service.
